RC Renovation Contractor (hereby known as “RC”) guarantees that the renovation service including materials and equipment furnished are of good quality and new.

How does this warranty works?

Step 1

Take a photo of the defect and send to our email at sales@renovationoffice.com.my or you may also send it through WhatsApp at +6017 487 5110

Step 2

Defects will be assessed by a consultant from RC and actual site inspection will be carries out.

Step 3

If the defect is proven due to improper workmanship under normal use and maintenance, we will send our contractor or specialist to repair or replace free of charge within 2 weeks.

Step 4

Any service, repair or replacement that is NOT related to RC workmanship will be assessed separately upon request and shall be subjected to the rates and terms of performing such service.

This Warranty Includes:

This warranty period is effective from the date of completion. Therefore, we will be responsible to rectify any defects found in our workmanship throughout the warranty period.

  1. This only applies to renovation works and services carries out by RC.
  2. This only applies to customers who have fully paid RC upon completion of order/work.
  3. Claims have to be made within the warranty period as state above.
  4.  Items such as fittings and appliances are excluded in the warranty. These are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranties.

Warranty is NOT covered for:

  1. Improper use by customer – including damages or defects caused by unauthorised modifications, improper or insufficient maintenance, misuse or abuse of product (i.e. failure to follow product’s Operation Manual) and/or normal wear and tear and normal usage.
  2. Damage in negligence – caused by human for example dropping, knocking, heavy impact, lost and intrusion of liquid.
  3.  Force Majeure events – such as will of God, flood, fire, thunder strike, typhoon, earthquake and/or turmoil and disorder.
